Wondering which Herbal Incense Blend which contain RC synthetic cannabinoids are illegal in your state? The answer unfortunately is most likely all of them. On the federal level most synthetic cannabinoids have already been listed as Schedule I controlled substances. Seems the government feels it is thier duty to protect us from ourselves. The five main synthetic cannabinoids are: JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497 and cannabicyclohexanol. these compounds are now Schedule I controlled substances, other cannabinoids of similar structure may also be deemed controlled substances under conditions where the Federal Analog Act is contravened.
On March 1, 2011, the DEA published its final notification of the temporary scheduling of five synthetic cannabinoids, adding them to Schedule I. These five synthetic cannabinoids (cannabicyclohexanol; CP47,497; JWH-018; JWH-073; and JWH-200) have been found in Spice-like products (Spice Incense, K2, etc). Any product containing these newly controlled synthetic cannabinoids are now Schedule I controlled substances and illegal to possess without a license. Some Spice products might contain HU-210, which is a Schedule I controlled substance under the rule covering Tetrahydrocannabinols. U.S. Customs has reported finding HU-210 in Spice products, but other labs have reported that HU-210 is not present in Spice products.
